Anti-Woke Training for Parents, Educators, and Students

This handout has been used in CRT-based "Diversity" training sessions. It should be looked at critically. We acknowledge that a few of the values presented reflect somewhat outdated social norms. Even so, parents, teachers, and students should consider that many of the remaining characteristics mentioned are highly likely to lead to long-term academic and career success. These characteristics transcend race and ethnicity and have nothing to do with "whiteness". If one was inclined to intentionally harm a student from a historically marginalized background, there could be no better way than to teach them from a young age that the very values and character traits necessary to achieve long-term academic and career success are somehow inherently at odds with their ethnic or racial identity. Parents of any student taught such things should be rightfully outraged.

Students should be encouraged to adopt them so that they have a good chance to be successful in their own lives as well.
